To ensure the security and integrity of Catalyst's online platform, TranZact, we now require all Share Draft Return uploads to use the file extension .rtn or .txt. This is a crucial step to safeguard against potentially malicious files.
Our system will compare file extensions against a known list of malicious file types. If the file extension matches any of the types on this list, we will not allow the file to be uploaded. Files that do not include an extension will be rejected as well. To avoid file upload issues, please only upload files using the approved extensions of .rtn or .txt.
