Job Description:

The Account Executive represents, supports, and develops relationships between Catalyst Corporate and executive management at assigned credit unions. The incumbent uses a consultative approach to manage the clients existing book of business, provide market insights, develop account plans, and territory plans. The incumbent’s primary objective is to develop, maintain and execute on renewal strategies to protect revenue, negotiate contracts, and increase share of wallet and develop new business within the assigned credit unions. An emphasis and more focused effort will be exerted toward key strategic services. The ACH Specialist will provide excellent customer service for Catalyst Corporate’s ACH and card services products to member credit unions. As part of the ACH team, the ACH Specialist is required to work with the group to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously ensuring all department service standards and procedures are achieved. In addition, the role has operational duties including, timely processing of ACH files, transmitting ACH origination files, entering ACH returns through TranZact and answering credit union inquiries regarding ACH rules and software functionality.

Job Description

The Electronic Payments Specialist will provide excellent customer service supporting Catalyst Corporate’s electronic and faster payments products to member credit unions. The Electronic Payments Specialist is required to work with the group to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously ensuring all department service standards and procedures are achieved.  The Electronic Payments Specialist is responsible for implementation of faster payment products including, FedNow, Real Time Payments, CU Loan Pay and Moli.  This role is also responsible for handling the day to day operations related to faster payment products, including billing, member support, handling exception items, and vendor management. The Electronic Payments Specialist role requires a strong knowledge of rules for each faster payment solution, and software functionality. This position will also assist with ACH daily operations and credit union inquiries.

Job Description

The Identity and access management (IAM) specialist will work closely with the Security Organization to improve and/or develop documentation for security processes, procedures, and access request forms. The IAM specialist will serve as primary administrator for access and account related issues across all application platforms utilized at Catalyst Corporate. Handle the provisioning, modifying, and deprovisioning of user accounts for employees, contractors, and partners. The IAM specialist’s secondary job priority will consist of metrics gathering for discussion amongst various committees to assist in improving the performance of the Catalyst Corporate security organization. Other daily duties will include access request tracking, disbursement of forms for approval, validation of documentation completeness, reconciliation, and electronic filing. This position will respond to security alerts, notify the appropriate department of security related needs, and track resolutions. Generate security reports and work alongside internal and external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance. Fulfill requests to gather documentation for audit, compliance, and/or risk assessments. The IAM Specialist will track the schedule of security related events such as SSL certificate renewal, domain name renewal, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, business continuity exercises, and third-party reviews. This position will process and log change request activity. This position will assist the IT Organization in tracking the asset provisioning, disposal, and electronic, paper, and hardware destruction processes. The IAM specialist will work closely with Human Resources to conduct onboarding and on-going security awareness training.

Job Description

The Investment Officer plays a key role in strengthening relationships with credit unions while expanding Catalyst’s market presence. This position is responsible for growing sales of investment products, including fixed-income securities, certificates of deposit, private placements of subordinated debt, loan participations, non-member deposit issuances, and other market-driven financial instruments.

Success in this role requires proactive client engagement through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, board presentations, in-person visits, and participation in industry events and conferences. Travel is expected to comprise 10% to 20% of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing credit union clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strategically manage assigned accounts to increase Catalyst’s market share and meet individual sales goals.
  • Effectively communicate investment opportunities through various channels, including virtual and in-person interactions.

This position requires excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills. Regular reporting to management is required. Extended hours, weekend, and after-hours support may be required. This position resides within the IP Support Services division.

Additionally, the Manager – PS & PC owns vendor and partner contract strategy, including restructuring agreements and establishing pricing frameworks for new products and partnerships to ensure financial optimization and market competitiveness.  The role includes the development of business cases, pricing strategies, and partnership models consistent with organizational growth objectives and market demand.

This position includes direct supervisory responsibilities, overseeing the Partner Services Project Manager to ensure operational execution aligns with strategic, revenue, and partnership objectives.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B financial services, payments, or fintech partnerships, including direct accountability for revenue generation
